THE EVENT

In today's rapidly changing business landscape, building a winning team is becoming increasingly important. During the past few years, we’ve seen first hand that businesses must be able to adapt quickly and effectively. This requires a team that is agile, collaborative, and highly skilled. The right team, the winning team.

Join us for an intimate conversation with Steven Bartlett, as he unpacks how the quality of an organisation's people ultimately determines its success.

Steven will give his insights into:

* The power of purpose: how purpose can help you adapt to changing expectations and demands in the workplace * How you can recruit, motivate, and retain top talent * How to build a high-performing team that can drive business success * How to foster a culture of innovation and disruption
