Summer social!

We did it!

For years we've been asked if we'd do a Summer Social in London and honestly, it's just felt too scary to say yes to.... until now!

Doing a bigger event like this was only made possible because we partner with businesses who ❤️HR just as much as we do. Thanks to our lovely friends at Cezanne we were able to invite 120 HR Ninjas to join us for a chilled out evening in the big smoke. They very kindly covered the ticket price, which included paying for everyone's food and welcome drinks on the night (Yep, really!)

Being able to bring this event to life, experience the collective energy in the room and reflect on how far we've come was really special for us at Ninjas HQ. Thank you

It's coming together like this that really brings home to us how powerful our Community & Partnerships really are #strongertogether

We may not have made it to the rooftop (this time) but not even us being rained off there could dampen our spirits. 'cause actually, it was never about where we were, it was always about us being together.

Our first Summer Social was everything we were hoping for (minus the sunset view, obvs). A place for all to all get together, share a few drinks and a few stories.

We loved hearing about everyone's story of their HR Journey so far - the many paths and pivots that have led to us all being there on the day.
Our community is diverse in experience, we see that play out in our Facebook Groups every single day and it's the same at our meet ups & events.

Thank you for choosing to spend your evening with your fellow Ninjas & bringing your unique energy to the evening. We had the best time with you and we're so glad to hear the same from you too (phew)!

Who knows, maybe if we go big and bright enough, we'll even get a Summer Social #2 in the diary for next year! We've got this Team Orange💪

If you joined us at the Summer Social you now know what we mean when we say no-one ever feels alone at our events.

Bringing people together and creating community is in our DNA. As soon as we start issuing tickets we add our attendees into our pre-party chat. A place to get to know your fellow party-goers before the big night, arrange pre-meet points, organise lift-shares and even ask the inevitable question "what are you wearing??"

Just like last year we're expecting that we'll have Ninjas travelling from every corner of the UK to be there and guarantee everyone a very warm welcome.
