"I joined the HR Ninjas Facebook group back in early 2018 and it’s been such a constant source of ideas, advice, and support over the years. I often say it’s my little claim to fame that I was one of the first few members, and I’ve always felt proud to be part of something that’s grown into such a brilliant community.

Volunteering to host local meet-ups just felt like a natural next step. I’ve made some amazing connections through hosting, but more importantly, it’s been about helping others make those connections too. There’s something really special about creating a space where people can meet, chat, and realise they’re not alone in whatever HR challenge they’re facing.

I’d really encourage anyone with a willingness to bring people together to give hosting a go, the impact it has is far bigger than you’d think. And, it’s really fun! I always leave a meet-up feeling inspired and grateful to be part of such a supportive group of HR professionals."
