" When I transitioned into HR, the first thing I did was go looking for a HR Community. I wanted to surround myself with people who knew more than me and build my confidence in a safe space. When I joined HR Ninjas I genuinely couldn't believe how much was available to me; the advice, support, webinars, resources, and that it was all for free!
 

I wanted as many people as possible to know about HR Ninjas so that they could benefit too, so at every given opportunity I started shouting about just how great it is. 

Volunteering as a Host felt like the ultimate way for me to give back, I've always loved planning events and bringing people together, so creating a space for Ninjas to connect in real life felt like a natural fit.

From the very first Nottingham Meet Up, there was an instant sense of common ground. We might never have met before but we weren't really strangers, we were all HR Ninjas. 

I never take for granted how brave it is for people to turn up to a Meet Up. Seeing people arrive on their own, make connections, swap advice, have a laugh and leave knowing a few more people in their corner is really special. 

I'm so incredibly grateful to HR Ninjas for connecting me with hundreds (and counting) of amazing HR people who are local to me, we've made genuine friendships, we celebrate each others wins, lean in and learn from each other & we share plenty of laughter too."
