As our community has grown, so has the cost of maintaining its integrity and ensuring that we provide a safe space for you, the members. Lizzie could no longer do this ‘side-of-desk’ at the same time as a busy HR leadership role. Ninjas needed her full-time, and she needed some help.

Step in our partners. We could see that certain companies were being recommended by our members over and over. We knew they were growing their businesses because of the extra exposure on Ninjas. We contacted them and asked if they would like to work more closely with us. The answer was overwhelmingly YES and our partner programme was born.
