Hi, I'm Rameez, Founder and CEO of 3R Strategy. I spent my first fifteen years in reward, in-house and consulting, working on everything from job architecture to pay structures and equal pay. Time and again I saw organisations wanting to do right by their people but held back by a real lack of pay transparency. So in 2015 I started 3R to change that. I've since written a book on pay transparency, which tells you either how committed I am or how little else I do with my weekends.
