I’m Sian, Senior Customer Success Manager at Bippit, where I work day in, day out with HR professionals from organisations of all sizes — including the Bank of England, CIPD and NHS. My role is all about helping people teams get real value from financial wellbeing support, from launch and engagement through to reporting, adoption and long-term impact. I’ve spent my career building strong customer relationships, and helping organisations turn good intentions into practical outcomes. What drives me most is people: supporting HR teams, empowering employees, and making sure every customer feels listened to, understood and set up for success. I’m excited to be part of the HR Ninjas community, sharing what we’re seeing across the world of financial wellbeing and learning from the brilliant HR professionals who are shaping better workplaces every day.
