I have been thinking about doing something like this for years, but have never been quite brave enough. The fear of no one showing up to my own party is what has stopped me.... but I feel like after a whirlwind of a 2025 - where so many of our community have said what a difficult year it's been - NOW IS THE RIGHT TIME to just go for it!
NO ONE else is doing anything like this for the HR Community....
