Hey Ninjas! Hope you're having a good week so far!
Don't you just love this time of year - I mean, what's not to love about the annual pay review / rise and all the delightful work for us in HR that accompanies it! 🙃
Two things for me this week that have filled my cup:
1) I've been embracing the Digital Nomad in me! The laptop and I have landed in Spain and we are enjoying a change of scenery & a good dose of Vitamin Sea. I'm so grateful for the flexibility I have in my role 🙏
2) I have been sprinkling little moments of joy to our members thanks to our friends & partners at YuLife who gifted us some tickets to meet Claudia Winkleman! 🥰

What's so great is knowing that you're going to spend time with people who absolutely get it. You're all Ninjas - you share the belief that our profession is here to make a positive difference to the world of work & that our community is stronger together.
Have you been to one of our Socials? If so, you'll know they're unashamedly non-corporate, taking place in relaxed settings; think pubs, cafes or in the great outdoors! They're super relaxed - no agenda and no cringey, creeping deaths intros on our watch!
We love seeing your posts & pics about Ninjas Socials & hearing about the friendships made. Christie has been hosting the Notts Ninjas Socials for the last year & a half - they've shared food, shared time, shared worries, shared insight & like this selection of pics quite wonderfully shows, they've shared lots of smiles & laughs too!
