Programme (CIPD L3 &L5) and Learner Experience Lead
Amy leads the CIPD Level 3 and 5 programmes, here at Avado. Qualified to Level 7, a Chartered Member of the CIPD and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, she has over a decade of HR experience across numerous sectors including education, charity, manufacturing, and professional sports.
Known for her “human first” approach, Amy creates inclusive, supportive learning environments and has extensive experience teaching and mentoring learners at all levels. She brings a practical, learner‑focused style and is dedicated to supporting students throughout their CIPD journey.
