"Where have you been all my career???"
I just saw this comment from a member and it made me smile!
I mean, we've been right here in your phones for almost 7 years now people. But admittedly we don't really shout about what we do so understandably there are still loads of HR professionals who don't know about us.
All of our growth in membership has come from people finding us or via personal recommendation from current members. And that's how I like it.
Organic growth = the best way to grow a community IMHO.
So in our usual low key way we are quietly celebrating hitting another milestone membership moment in the main FB group today - 35k members!!
And also celebrating the fact that 100+ new joiners are still coming to us every single week - and have done for the last few years despite never paying a penny to advertise our groups - so we must be doing something right for our members!
